Nesticle
is the best Nintendo system emulator out there and it will probably stay
that way. The Windows versions work, but have many bugs, so dont
even attempt to get a Windows version. Go with DOS Nesticle.
Also, as with most of the 8-bit and 16-bit emulators, you will need DOS4GW
and CWSDPMI to be unzipped in your Nesticle game directory/folder.
You can find the above 2 files on the left-hand side of this page, near
the bottom/middle of the page. Nesticle will let you play ALL of
the hundreds of great NES games from your past. Castlevania, Super
Mario, Double Dragon, Mega Man, Kid Icarus, Metroid and all the rest!
